Sagyngyl's story

This wonderful woman Sagyngyl, 45, is married and raises one child. She has high school education. As a main source of income for her family, Sagyngyl has been involved in animal husbandry and crop farming since 1997. Thanks to her hard work and her husband's help with the farm, Sagyngyl currently has seven cows, 20 sheep and 0.65 hectares of irrigated land where she grows organic alfalfa.

With the goal of further developing her business, Sagyngyl
requests support from Kiva Fund in the amount of 70,000 som (KGS) to buy livestock in order to increase her income from livestock breeding. The proceeds from the loan will help her expand her farm by increasing the headcount of pedigree cows and to buy a new house.
