Pictured here are the members of "Sapo Ben II" group. They are small-scale businesspeople based in Magburaka, a town in northern Sierra Leone. They are seeking a loan of SLL 800,000 each to enable them to further expand their businesses. Consequently, they will make more profit and improve on their standard of living.

The leader of this group is Abdul T. K.. Abdul is age 38 and was born in Magburaka. He is married with four children. His wife is a businesswoman and his children are attending primary school.

For eight years now, Abdul has sold used clothes and shoes. With this loan, he will expand his business by buying a bale of shoes and clothes to add to his current stock.
