Tuzamurane Tcb Group's story

Julienne is 41 years old and married with six children aged 2 to 20. Her husband is a farmer. For the past seven years, she has been working in a shop.

Julienne is the leader of a group named Icyerekezo Tcb, which in English means “let's develop each other”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Julienne will use her loan to buy more beans and rice to sell. With the profits from her sales, she will pay school fees for their children and put away some savings.

Due to the global pandemic Urwego was not able to photograph all the members but Urwego was able to get one representative for the group photo.
