A loan helped to pay the expense of maintaining 1.05 hectares of coffee.

Yelson Antonio's story

Yelson is a coffee producer who has five years of experience with producing output that is of exportable quality. He is 21 years of age and has a small farm that measures 1.05 hectares. His coffee crops are managed under the criteria for FLO certification. Yelson lives with his wife and child.

He is currently applying for a loan so that he can implement the nutritional improvement plan for his coffee farm. Applying agro-supplies will increase his productivity, improve the quality of his output, and provide him better opportunities to negotiate his product.

This is the first loan he has received from PAC.

This loan is special because:

It allows farmers to plant trees needed to shade coffee plants.
