A loan helped a member to buy seeds and fertilizer.

05-Sope Mansour Group's story

This group was created in June 2017 by women who live in the same area and support each other. The members work primarily in agriculture.

Sokhna is the group representative. She is 35 years old, married, and the mother of 10 children, including 2 sons. She grows crops of peanuts and also engages in commerce.

With this loan, she plans to purchase peanut seeds and bags of fertilizer for a crop. After the harvest, she will sell her crop at the local market for a good price. She hopes to increase her profits this year.

The income from her work allows Sokhna to cover her family's living expenses and care for her livestock.
