A loan helped a member to buy seeds and fertilizers.

05-Khoudia Group's story

This group of women has been in existence for several years. They live in the same village and share strong bonds of kinship and solidarity. Their main business is farming. Khoudia, the group's featured borrower, is 60 years old, married, and the mother of two children. She's a farmer.

She intends to use this loan to buy peanut seeds and bags of fertilizers to grow peanuts. After the harvest, she will sell her production at the local market at a good price, with the hope of obtaining a better income. She will use her profits to diversify her business (fabric sales).

In this group: Khoudia, Seynabou, Ndeye, Fatime, Fatou, Khady, Mame Awa
