Mme Isseta is the leader of the Namanegbzanga Bonsrima group. She is married and mother to 4 children. Her oldest is 16 and her youngest is 3 months old. Two of her children go to school and she takes care of 6 people.

Mme Isseta has been cultivating corn and groundnuts for the past 9 years. She obtains her supplies in her village. With the money granted, she plans to purchase 11 sacks of fertilizer for her cultivation and to use the profits to pay for an ox to help with the field work.

Her goal is to expand her field and take care of her family.
