For María being a woman is not a impediment to working in the fields. She is dedicated to growing corn and beans with the help of her son. She is a woman passionate about the field and green groves of trees and is delighted to see the sun at five in the morning from her field. She is a farmer very well known in her area for the effort and dedication she puts into her crops.
María has come to MiCrédito together with Kiva to request a loan to purchase compost, fertilizers, micronutrient foliar treatment and minerals which will help her plant her crops well and prevent pests from damaging the harvest.
