Nadejda's story

Nadejda is a 64-year-old woman from Untesti village in the Ungheni region of Moldova. She is retired and for many years she worked as a servant abroad. Nadejda worked additionally as a nurse in Italy. She is divorced and has two sons who have their own families. She has a beautiful and large house and processes another 1.5 ha of land. On this land she has grown corn for many years. She can no longer work as she used to because of her age. So she proposes to herself to start a family business. She want to raise poultry.

Now, Nadejda needs to buy poultry and to rebuild a yard for them. For this, she applied for a Kiva loan. It will help her to reconstruct the poultry yard. As a result she will be able to initiate her own business and to be happy with her family.
