Vannak's story

I’ve worked under my father at his successful restaurant since 1989 while attending Jr high, high school, and until I graduate from business school. As 1st generation immigrants and the first born son of an Asian family, it was my duty. When he passed away in 2017, I took over and manage the family business until my younger siblings can take over and manage for themselves.

After cooking at countless family events, and managing the kitchen for two successful family restaurants, I’ve decided to launch a new food concept of my own that I hope will be successful enough to grow into a chain of restaurant across the state and perhaps the country. The combination of education, experience, passion, and unique business concept should be a perfect recipe for success.
