A loan helped a member to buy raw materials for dyeing her threads.

Wendpanga De Yamtenga Group's story

Wendpanga de Yamtenga just completed their first Kiva loan. Payments were made regularly. Téné is the representative member and thanks the Kiva staff and lenders for their support. Téné used the loan to pay for threads and dye for the manufacturing of the pagnes she sells. The profits allowed her to buy clothes for her children, to cover some family expenses, and above all to expand her activity.

Téné needs another loan to keep going with her business. She wants to buy supplies in sufficient quantities to satisfy her customers, make a good sales turnover, and further expand.
