A loan helped a member to buy thread, fabric, and needles for making crafts.

Super Poderosas I Group's story

The group leader is Iraci, the second one in the photo, wearing a dress. She is a widow and she has four children. In addition to her children, she is also helping to raise her grandchildren. She is very tenacious and she has always worked independently in various businesses, working as a day laborer and selling hot dogs and crafts. She has been a client of Banco do Povo for 5 years, and she has used the credit for various purposes, such as buying a hot dog cart, a freezer, a sewing machine for crafting, and raw materials for her businesses. Unfortunately, due to health problems, she is only working with crafts in her home, making home items for the bedroom, dining room, and bathroom. She plans to reopen her hot dog stand later. The loan will be for buying thread, fabric, and needles for making her crafts.

The group members thank their investors.
