This group was established in December 2018, bringing together in solidarity women small businesses owners who participate primarily in business, livestock farming, and agriculture.
Ndack, standing at right in the photo with her hand raised, is 37 years old, married, and the mother of three children, two of whom are girls. She is the group's representative. Ndack's business is in handicrafts, which she understands very well.
With her new loan, Ndack plans to purchase fabric embellishments (sewing thread, clasps, poplin, etc.) in order to make traditional garments that she will then sell to a loyal customer base. With the profits she will earn, Ndack plans to increase her savings with the banc villageois, and will also meet the needs of her children.
