Los Aguilas de Bonilla is a communal bank consisting of 12 members and lead by Danimavel. Since 15 years ago Danimavel and her husband have been earning a living from growing palms for harvesting the palm heart (a fruit used in salads and other dishes), and from raising pigs and chickens.
Danimavel is asking for a loan that will be used to maintain her palm plantation. She will buy manure and do the weeding in order to provide a better product to her customers.
With the additional profit Danimavel wants to buy more pigs and chickens in order to improve her income and help her 3 children to improve their education. The oldest one is 12 years old, the middle one is 8 and the youngest one is 3 years old.
Danimavel considers herself to be a hard-working woman who never gives up and who always get ahead with her husband.
