A loan helped to buy grocery goods.

Nirmala's story

Mrs. Nirmala T. lives in Sanepa, Lalitpur, Nepal. Sanepa is one of the busiest bazaars of Lalitpur and most of the people in this region are engaged in small business. Mrs. T. has three daughters. Her older daughter is studying in grade 12 and the two younger daughters are studying in grade 10 and 8.

Mrs. T. opened a grocery shop two years ago. She sells different types of grocery items such as rice, maize, pulses (legumes), biscuits and noodles in her shop. Her daughters also help her in her work. The demand for grocery goods is increasing in her area, so she is requesting a loan of NPR 10,000 to buy grocery items to meet the demand.
