A loan helped to build a greenhouse to increase income from growing organic produce.

Yarkinoy's story

Yarkinoy is 57 years old and married, with 4 children. She has a high-school education and is goal-oriented and conscientious by nature. She has been raising animals and growing crops as the primary income for her family since 1980. Thanks to Yarkinoy's hard work and her son's help around the farm, her farm currently has 2 sheep and a 0.36 ha plot of land where she grows garlic, persimmons, and grapes.

In order to further grow her farm, Yarkinoy has applied for a loan from Bai Tushum Bank for 170,000 som (KGS) to build a greenhouse for growing organic produce. Yarkinoy plans to modernize and repair her home.
