Mayela is a woman of 28. She is married and has a beautiful daughter of school age. She lives in wooded area around Cusco in the locallity of Quimbiri, where they have a rented house.
Mayela knows how difficult progress is for a family of few economic resources. After working for almost 10 years in various jobs, she found something that she is passionate about: buying and selling pieces of land. Now she does not regret having gone into this activity, since it offers good earnings, and she has a greater desire to continue working for the well-being of her family. She works with her husband, and they are constantly looking for new land in the valley to divide into lots and sell at a good price. They make a good team. In the not-too-distant future, she is thinking of acquiring a piece of land to build their own house, which she so much wants.
This is her third loan with MFP. Therefore she promises to make her payments on time. She is also grateful for the opportunity which they offer her to make progress and reach her goals. With the money that she is seeking, she will buy pieces of land in strategic locations, to sell them to the highest bidder.
