Thea's story

Thea, 41, is married and lives with three of her children in the Kampong Cham Province. Working as a farmer, she typically makes $6.25 USD each day. The weather conditions have been difficult for farming in Cambodia this past year and inflation has also been out of control. This factor has played into a difficult economic year for many Cambodians, Thea included. In light of the economic difficulties, she is asking for a loan of $500 USD to buy construction supplies for building a latrine to get a healthy life and living standard.
