Saddan's Group's story

Saddan is 55-years old. She is a loving mother and hard-working. She lives with her 70-year old husband A. D. and their three children in a city named Pakpattan in Pakistan. She dreams of improving their quality of life.

Her son has been engaged in a food selling business for over twelve years. His food stand is the busiest in the market. He has a good customer’s base. Everyday his customers make plans to enjoy the delicious food from his food stand.

M. Sharif says that his progress belongs to his mother Sadaan because she guided him how to cook food. They both offer varieties to their food stand and attract more customers.

She is asking for a loan of worth Pak Rs. 15,000 with which she will buy the required items (lentils, cooking oil, rice etc) to enhance the food selling business of her son.

She has three other ladies in her loan group. Nagina wants a loan to buy vegetables for her vegetable selling business. Kosar baji wants a loan to buy seasonal fruits for her fruits selling business. Saima baji wants a loan to buy fertilizer to sell.
