A loan helped to buy fertilizers and pay for labor to apply them on the crops.

Kenia Yamileth's story

Kenia studied up to 7th grade in school, she quit studying to help her parents earn a daily living. She has a partner and he works in agriculture. They have two children that are in school. Kenia works in agriculture since she was very young. Today she works with her husband. They walk approximately 12 minutes to arrive to the parcel where they have their corn crops. Their work schedule starts at 5 am. She needs the loan to buy fertilizers and pay for labor to apply them on the crops. The two previous loans have been repaid in full and she was able to invest them in her crops. She dreams to make improvements to her living space and get her family ahead.
