Credicomumpiari Group's story

Carmen is 27 years old, has a 4-year-old son, is a single mother and has always worked in agriculture to be able to raise her son alone.

She is focused on the cacao harvest, she has her own farm. As additional income, she works as a day laborer in other parcels where maintains and removes weeds along with a group of people.

Currently, she is requesting a loan to invest in her cacao farm, she wants to buy manure and carry out maintenance to have a better result in her productivity.

With her group, "Credicomumpiari", made up of 18 members and lead by her, they are saving. Every member has a different dream. She wants to purchase a larger parcel in the future and provide her son with a better quality of life. Another of her dreams is to have a parcel with diversified crops of the area, and for the son to not go without. She wants to focus on her studies and generate income from it when she is older.

Carmen considers herself an entrepreneurial person, happy in her daily life and always seeking for her son well being.
