A loan helped to purchase certified potato seed and supplies to apply to his crop.

Jesus's story

Jesus is 73, married, has two children, and lives with his wife and children in a native community of Intibucá. He has worked as a farmer for 26 years, growing and selling high-quality potatoes. He sells his crop to middlemen in the area. Jesus wants to maintain his crop, and is requesting a seventh loan of 15,000 lempiras in order to purchase certified potato seed as well as supplies to apply to his crop. With this he hopes to assist his crop well and obtain better harvests. His goal is to keep investing in his business and give his family a better quality of life.
