Nato's story

Nato is 55 years old. She is an educated person, from the Mestia district, one of the best resorts in Georgia. Nato works as a Head of Social Service and gets a fixed income. Apart from this, Nato started a tourism business with her saved money and gets tourists in one renovated room in her hostel. Now, she needs financial support to renovate additional rooms and get the chance to serve more clients, as the demand is quite high in the region.

Nato has been approved for a loan within the framework of a joint initiative between Kiva and Credo. The start-up loan program provides business start-up loans with soft conditions to informal businesses that do not have access to credit products.

The loan will be great encouragement for Nato, as she will develop her tourism business and expand it in the future.
