This group mostly comprises women who do handicrafts. They are plucky and enterprising women who, with strength and hard work, are moving their families forward in order to give them a decent life.
One noteworthy member of the group is Griselda who works hard to increase her income. She is persevering in her working making “encaje ju” (a typical Paraguayan knitting) that will allow her to increase her income. Through the loan group, Griselda feels motivated and wants to work and earn profits through her perseverance.
Griselda and the other group members are constantly incentivised to be truly enterprising women with a desire to work and become successful women.
Griselda is applying for this loan in order to buy various threads, needles, frames, and other supplies that she needs.
