Diana's story

Diana is a 51-year-old woman who is married with three children. They live in a rural community outside Honiara, the capital of Solomon Islands.

She has a garden where she grows vegetables and root crops that she can sell at the market to earn a living. She has been in this business for more than 10 years.

Mary has requested a loan to pay for a tractor rental and labor costs for brushing and weeding to make a new garden to grow more root crops and vegetables.

She hopes to use the profits from her sales to provide financial support for her family.

She joined SPBD in 2015.
