Koritimi is the one holding the ram's horn in the photo. She is Malian and illiterate, 55 years old and married with four children, two of which are in school. Her husband is a farmer. Koritimi's main business is rearing sheep and rams. To achieve her ambition to increase the size of her business, Koritimi is taking loans through RMCR; she buys sheep from the local markets, rears them and resells them. She sells at the local markets and from her home. Her turnover is currently at 200.000 CFA. She makes 25.000 francs CFA bimonthly not including her expenses. Koritimi has over 11 years experience in this business. With the profits generated from the sales, she will be able to cover certain requirements for her children such as medical costs and clothing. Koritimi likes her rearing business and gets on well with RMCR. She is very grateful to RMCR as the play a significant role in the development of her business.
