Armine's story

Meet Armine, an experienced farmer from Ptghavan village, an area considered to be a conflict zone. There she lives with her husband, son and mother-in-law. Together they run a farm for almost 12 years. On their inspiring farm, they keep livestock consisting of bee families and cattle. However, the most astonishing part of their farm is their garden of fruit trees (grapes, peach, apples, etc.). All the agricultural goods they trade in the nearby villages and this is their main income source. Aside from farming, Armine works as an elementary class teacher in the local school.

Armine applied for financial support with an aim to expand their garden. With the provided help she plans to purchase cherry dogwood seeds. She believes that this enhancement will help them further develop their farm and increase the sales of goods. Armine is full of hope and will work hard to achieve her goals.
