Kalaniti's story

Kalaniti is a 27-year-old married mother of three children. She is running her business of making tapa. They are living together in their own house. There were five of them living in the house. One of her children is currently attending school and two of them are still under age and not yet attending school.

Kalaniti had a loan from SPBD, which makes it her third loan cycle. She used it to buy mulberry for her business of making tapa. She runs her business together with the help of some other women in the neighborhood. She sells her tapa when it is finished and also sells soft mulberry to earn an income for her family and for loan repayment.

She has a vision for the future of her business. She wishes to continue running her business so that she can completely provide for her children.
