Posseh's story

Meet 46-year-old Posseh from Aberdeen branch. She is married with 3 children between the age of 12 and 26 years old.

Posseh runs a retail business and sells readymade clothing, slippers, sandals, shoes etc to her customers around the community. She has been in this business for the past 16 years now and works 15 hours per day and 6 days a week. Her main challenge increases in prices and the high cost of goods. Her other source of income is from her husband.

Posseh requested this loan from BRAC to purchase more readymade clothing, slippers, sandals, shoes etc to increase her business. She says that the extra income from this loan will help to take care of her family and to educate her children and to take care of her family.

In the next 5 years, she wants to expand to every region in the country. She says thanks and offers her appreciation of BRAC and the Kiva community for their support.
