A loan helped invest in her chicken breeding business.

Johana's story

Mrs. Yenireth already had a loan from Kiva, which was repaid.

She made improvements to the house and invested in the business of raising chickens, which she manages, so as to sell poultry at a very good price. She will continue to improve their home and growing the business of raising chickens.

She is the founder of the local bank of Curtí, which she has held various positions, as president and treasurer, which is the function she is currently developing. She is educating three children, which are her inspiration to wake up and work hard.

She has been successful since the last loan, with the sale of two groups of chickens, each of 150 chickens. In that time she expanded the facilities where she keeps them until they are for sale.
