Frotunee is a 43 year old mother of 4 children. She is married and is very concerned about the well-being of her children and always works harder to improve their living conditions.
Frotunee cultivates potatoes and wheat. With 40 years experience in this field with 1 employe, she is constantly challenged by the dry season nevertheless she expands gradually her business. Her lack of capital prevents her from reaching her sales targets and slows her profit growth. This is the reason why she is requesting this loan in order to buy fertilizers and install irrigation water pipes to increase her production.
The profits generated by this loan will be used to pay for her children school fees. Additionally this is Frotunee’s 1st loan cycle with Visionfund Rwanda. She is the Abishyizehamwe-Kivuye leader.
