Kadiatou Dalaba's Group's story

The 'banc villageois' to which this group of 22 members belongs was set up in August 2016. It is composed of very active women who get along well with one another. The women’s main work involves small-scale commerce.

Ms. Kadiatou Dalaba (standing at the far right with a hand raised) is the group's representative. She is 34, married, and the mother of three. Active in the selling of shoes, she purchases her merchandise in the sub-region.

With this new loan, she intends to pay for shoes worth 50,000 francs and some plated accessories worth 35,000 francs to resell at her home. With the profits, she plans to bolster her savings.
