Amina is the featured borrower of Omar group, which consists of three hardworking Syrian refugees. This is their second cycle from Kiva's field partner, Al Majmoua. They proved to be reliable borrowers as they acquired another Syrian refugee loan from Kiva’s field partner Al Majmoua, due to the fact that they’re working hard in order to improve their families’ living and businesses. Amina mentioned that the previous loan she took helped her rent a greenhouse which increased her production and profits. Amina is a 40-year-old married mother of eight children. She works in the agriculture field as a farmer with a breadth of experience in this field. Today, her loan share will be used to expand her business by buying seedlings and fertilizers during the season. Amina is the lady in the on the left side of the picture. With respect to other group members, Safaa is the lady at the right side and Maha is the lady in the middle of the picture.
