Guillermina only studied through first grade in school. She has a partner who is a farmer. She has three children, all of whom are now independent.
Guillermina makes a living making pupusas. She has been doing this activity for six years, and she learned it in a pupusa shop when she was young. The business is in her house, and her work schedule is from 7am until 4pm and her partner helps her.
She also makes a living growing pipians [a kind of squash]. The loan is to buy agricultural supplies to grow pipians.
