A loan helped to buy corn, rice, sugar, oil, condiments, soups, etc., in order to stock her grocery store.

Dora Alicia's story

Dora is 34 years old. She is in a relationship and has three children, two of whom depend on her. Her partner works in agriculture and construction.

For a year Dora has had a small store where she sells staple goods. She decided to start her business because there were no stores nearby in her community, and she also wanted to generate income. She tends to customers from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Her daughter-in-law helps her. Dora also sells clothes door to door in neighboring communities.

She needs a loan to buy corn, rice, sugar, oil, condiments, soups, etc., in order to stock her store. She had a prior loan and paid it off successfully. Her dream is to build a house in order to live a better life with her family.
