Flora is 48 years old, has 4 children. More than 10 years ago she started selling groceries (rice, sugar, pasta, vegetables, drinks and others). Also, her and her husband work in the mornings harvesting cacao and coffee. They are a very hardworking family and look for a better quality of life. Flora requests a loan through kiva to provide maintenance to her plantation of cacao and coffee. She is looking for recognition for her business in the area and that her clients are satisfied and happy. Flora is a hardworking woman, entrepreneurial, respectful and very responsible in her activities and wants to increase her savings to improve her small shop and with time have a better future.
