The members of the Mujeres Poderosas community bank, all women, are working to grow their businesses, yes, but more than that, to grow as people. They share a goal of ensuring that their families never lack for anything that they need.
Our featured member, Isabel, has a fruit and vegetables sales business. She tells us that despite the daily struggles she faces, she never gives up and will continue to put her heart and soul into growing and improving. She never forgets that her hard work is for her family and she is doing everything she can to make sure that they have a better quality of life.
Isabel is applying for a loan that she will use to stock her business with the fruits and vegetables that she sells. She is grateful for the opportunity that the community bank provides her and says that it has helped her very much.
