A loan helped to buy cows and sheep to increase her livestock headcount.

Aigul's story

Aigul is 53 years old. She is a widow and has three children. Aigul has a secondary education and is hard-working, decisive and responsible woman by nature.

She has been involved in livestock rearing and crop farming since 1995 as her family's primary source of income. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to business, Aigul managed to grow her farm's livestock headcount to six cows and 20 sheep. She also has 2,1 hectares of land where she grows beans.

Aiming to develop her farm further, Aigul applied to Bai Tushim Bank for a loan of 250,000 som (KGS) to buy cows and sheep in order to increase the size of her herd. The proceeds from the loan will help Aigul improve the financial well-being of her family and start construction of a new house.
