Janet's story

Meet 39-year-old Janet from Moriba Town branch. She is married and has four children. Her other source of income comes from her husband. Janet says her main challenge is that sometimes sales are slow.

Janet has requested this loan from BRAC to purchase more palm oil, rice, charcoal, water, etc. to increase her business. She says that the extra income from this loan will help to take care of her children. In the future, she wants to expand into a big shop. She says thanks to BRAC and the Kiva community for their support.
