Abed El Rahman's story

Abed EL Rahman is a 20 year old Palestinian guy, who lives with his parents in a camp for Palestinian refugees located in the Tripoli area. He established his own business selling clothing and shoes in 2013. He is managing his business well and knows how to convince clients to purchase his products.

Abed EL Rahman has great sales and communication skills and he always works on developing them.

He applied for a loan from Ibdaa, a Kiva partner, for the first time. He needs to redecorate his rented store, so that way he will be able to attract more clients. In addition, Abed El Rahman will be using a part of the loan to buy a new collection of summer shoes. This ambitious guy believes that by getting this loan he will be able to support his business and thus increase his income, which will definitely affect his lifestyle.
