A loan helped to buy agricultural supplies to grow corn.

Reyna Isabel's story

Reyna attended school up to third grade. She is a single mother; one of her three children lives with her, and the others have formed their own households. Her parents are elderly and rely upon her.

Reyna's principal source of income is agriculture. She grows corn and beans and her son helps her. Also, she has two cows that give milk which she sells to her neighbors. To get to her land, she walks 45 minutes from her house, and she works there during the mornings.

Reyna will use the loan to buy agricultural supplies to grow corn.

She dreams of having a good harvest this year, and she would like to invest more in cattle.
