Nga's story

Ms Nga is 38 years old and she is a widow with one child, her husband died a number of years ago. She has worked in agriculture raising pigs. Nga lives in Trieu Son district, a semi-urban town in Thanh Hoa province. Her family is a low-income household in the village; moreover the market need is low in this region.

The main hardship that Nga faces is the lack of capital. She is requesting a loan to purchase baby pigs to raise and sell in the future.

In 2016, Nga joined Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution to improve her business. Nga has successfully repaid one loan from Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution.

With her business profit, Nga hopes for her family to be healthy and happy, for her child to do well in school, and to make enough money to provide for her kids.
