Kaneuy, 35, lives with family members in a rural area of Mondulkiri province. She is a mother of four children, three of whom are in school and other one is too young.
To support her living conditions, she is growing cashew as her main source of income. She has been involved with her family’s business for six years and it has helped her save from her daily income about 5 USD per day. Kaneuy has been with VisionFund for three loan cycles, including this one. She already paid back her past loans on time and her living has improved.
Now she forms a group of four members who are applying for this loan. As the group leader, she will use her loan portion to buy the fertilizer and organic pesticide for her cashew trees to grow well. With this loan, she hopes that her cashew grows fruitfully with more income in order to update her lifestyle and support her children’s education.
