Ansata's Group's story

This group of 14 members was started in July 2012. It is made up of women who live in the same community. They have good unity and good group spirit. Their principal business is retail trade.

Ansata (standing at the far right with her hand raised) is the group's representative. She is married and has five children.

She makes a living selling local products. She gets her stock at the weekly markets.

With this new loan she plans to buy three 20 liter containers of palm oil, 5 basins of fresh tomatoes and two 15 kg buckets of peanut butter that she will sell retail at her house.

With her earnings she plans to help her husband with the payment of her children's education and increase her savings.
