A loan helped a member to buy seeds, compost, and planters.

Kuña Aty Group's story

This group is called "Kuña Aty." It includes 18 women who are looking for a better quality of life in order to be able to help their families and give them all that they themselves couldn't have. They are enterprising women who don't stop fighting and give it their best so that their loved ones don't have to go without necessities.

Sonia is one of the group's members. She helps with feeding her family through the sale of plants of all types and in all seasons. She does this work from her home.

She has an established clientele that always buys from her, and she says that also gains new clients occasionally, because her plants are very pretty.

Sonia joined the group in order to be able to increase her capacity and improve her quality of life through the skill-building that Fundación Paraguaya would offer her.

She is requesting this loan for the purchase of seeds, compost, and planters. She is very thankful for the opportunity that she's receiving, which will be very helpful.

In this group: Mirian, Elida, Ignacia, Fermina, Deisy, Blanca, Rolia, Susana, Maria, Marlene, Rosanna, Yessica, Maria, Elba, Maria, Rosa, Sonia, Zuni
