Nayib Augusto's story

Nayib is a 39-year old merchant who lives in Barranquilla. He is divorced and is the father of two young children who he support with the fruits of his business.

Nayib started in business from the experience that he had next to his mother who had a watch shop and from a young age he worked as her helper.

At 19-years old he started his own business in a very commercial area in the center of town, where he is very well-known by the visitors and workers in the area. He is constantly selling belts, wallets and watches; he repairs and changes their batteries.

He currently needs economic support to buy new collections of watches. He is asking for a CrediKiva, his first financing with the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation. With this funding, he will increase his inventory and improve his sales.
