Rukhsana's story

This is Rukhsana, a 50-year-old woman from Multan, Pakistan. She is a mother of six children. Rukhsana makes envelopes and sells them at the market. Thanks to this skill, she is able to provide for the daily needs of her family. Rukhsana is very skillful and her products are in demand at the local market. Her only difficulty is the lack of supplies, which is why she has applied for this loan.

Rukhsana needs assistance so that she can buy raw materials, such as paper, for her envelope making business. This will allow her to earn more income so that she can improve her family’s living standards.
