Cindy was unable to finish school due to financial shortcomings. She is married and has 4 young children. Her partner works in agriculture and animal husbandry.
Cindy takes care of the household chores and cares for her children but she also helps her partner with the agricultural work. Another of her jobs is raising pigs for sale. Her work day begins at 6:00am and ends at 11:00am.
Thanks to two previous loans that she received from Kiva, she has been able to get ahead and has successfully paid off both loans. She needs a new loan to pay rent on the land where she plants and she will buy agricultural supplies. Her children will be able to study with the earnings from the harvest.
She wants to see her children grow up healthy and to help them continue studying and to have better opportunities for developing.
