A loan helped .

Jeffrey's story

I grew up in Chicago, IL, a city known for inspiring a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. While creating posters and fliers for a band I was in I caught the printing bug and decided to attend Triton College, a trade school, with a focus on printing. After earning a certificate in Desktop Publishing I began working at Blooming Color, an offset print house where I developed my pre-press computer skills. The experience helped me gain a wealth of knowledge in all things printing.

In 2002 I moved to San Francisco seeking a change of pace. I acquired a print space and equipment and the loin was born. The Tenderloin quickly became my home and inspired me to brand the business after all the positive aspects of the neighborhood that surrounded me.

With the help of the talented local artists that had become my friends and social circle the loin quickly solidified a place in the hearts of those with a soft spot for the Tenderloin. It is that admiration that keeps me focused on the brand and working with local talent. I truly do love the Tenderloin.
