Tammy's story

I grew up in a rural community in Northeast Ohio. At age twelve, I had my first job, selling chicken eggs to the neighbors. I was raised in a home of strong, independent women who could do anything. I believe that is the root of my entrepreneurial spirit.
Today I am the owner of a herd of dairy goats and I use the rich creamy milk to make the soaps and lotions we market. I have had this business eight years and have seen steady growth each year.
We can no longer make our product in our home, there just isn't enough room.
It is time to move forward. Once the Soap Cottage is complete, we can use it to produce our products, house an intern, and teach our community what we do. We will offer classes, where folks can take a product with them when they leave, along with a new skill.
We are excited about the future of Tammy Sue's Critters!
